You get a one-page scope doc: what ships, what doesn't, what tech, what timeline, what cost. You sign it, pay 50% upfront via Lemon Squeezy. We have a kickoff call within 48 hours.

Daily progress updates. Working preview link from week 1. Async, so you don't sit in calls. Sync calls only when we need them. You see every commit. You feel the progress.

Things founders ask
before they book.

That's normal. Most founders book the discovery call when they're still figuring it out. On the call we'll figure out together if it's scoped tight enough to ship in 4 weeks. If not, I'll tell you what to cut.

No. Pricing is global, same rate for Lagos founders as San Francisco ones. The work is the work. If you need to pay in Naira via local transfer, we can arrange that on a case-by-case basis.

I default to Next.js + Supabase + Stripe because that's the fastest, most reliable stack I've shipped 20+ projects on. If you have a strong preference for something else (Laravel, Django, Rails, T3), I'll work with it on Standard and Premium tiers. Spark is locked to my default stack to keep the timeline.

That's the Premium tier. Beyond that, we'd talk about a custom engagement.

Yes, before discovery if you want. Standard mutual NDA, no friction.

If I miss the deadline by more than 5 business days, you get 50% of what you've paid back. If the work doesn't meet the scope we agreed on, I fix it for free until it does. If you genuinely think I've failed and we can't work it out, I refund the unfinished portion. I've never had to do this. I don't intend to start.

Sometimes. AI MVPs are my specialty because that's where the gap is biggest, but I've shipped plenty of "regular" SaaS too. Mention what you have on the discovery call.

I'm based in Lagos (WAT, GMT+1). I do calls between 9am–8pm WAT. Async work is, by definition, async. I'll have updates ready when you wake up.

No. Lemon Squeezy (cards from anywhere globally) or wire transfer. Keep it simple.

Optional retainer: $500/month for 4 hours of work, $1,500/month for 12 hours. Or hire me for a fresh scoped project. Or take the handoff and run with it.
